Course Description: Basic principles of technical editing (for print and electronic media) including copyediting, reviews, standards, style, and project management. Pre- or corequisite: TWC 401.

Knowledge of Conventions:

  • Learn common formats for different genres

  • Understand and apply legal and ethical uses of information and technology including copyright and intellectual property
